IST 450 - Internship (1-12)

This course is designed to give the student practical experience in either conducting a specific research project or in a professional position within an approved private firm or public agency. This course is open only to students majoring in international studies. A minimum GPA of 3.0 is required and approval by the supervising dean must be obtained, as well as letters of recommendation from two faculty members (one should be the internship supervisor). The course may be graded on a letter bases or on a pass or fail, at the request of the faculty supervisor and the student. Audits Not Allowed
