This course explores the overarching topics of purpose, ethics, and happiness within the Christian framework.  Blended issues faced by employees, managers, and organizations is the focus of the case studies and real-world examples analyzed during the class.  Students will also evaluate the frameworks used to inform and drive ethical decisions and strategies.  Additionally, students will study companies that have created ethical cultures based on a strong foundation of Christian values while others have struggled as a result of a weak ethical foundation.
