One of a series of four courses designed to prepare music majors to teach the basics of instrumental playing to elementary and secondary beginning through intermediate students. Course objectives include study of rhythm, technique, sound production, repertoire, and pedagogy on snare drum, marching percussion, drumset, hand drums, keyboards, timpani, and orchestral accessories.
