The Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree seeks to provide accounting majors with the skills and knowledge necessary for success in the accounting profession. As a component of a Christian liberal arts college, the accounting program emphasizes the importance of Christian values and ethics in the practice of accounting.

This program will prepare students for many accounting jobs, but not for public accountancy and the CPA Exam. Students in the Certificate Program who plan to take the CPA Exam should enroll in the Certificate’s Public Accountancy Concentration.

In addition to the general education and major course requirements, elective courses will be taken to fulfill the minimum of 124 semester hours required for graduation.
