Arts Administration Concentration, MBA

This concentration introduces students to the skills needed to successfully manage arts organizations. Topics that are covered in this concentration include budgeting, marketing and fundraising within the arts community. Additional issues examined include board governance and the distinct management practices unique to arts-focused organizations.
Note: Requires all MBA courses plus all courses required in arts administration concentration for a total of 39 hours.
