This course is designed to introduce nursing students to the fundamentals and principles of the research process and its application in nursing. The importance of searching relevant literature, understanding research methods, reviewing research, understanding, and evaluating research findings related to the practice of nursing are emphasized. The research process as a basis for scientific nursing knowledge is examined. The steps in the research process are identified, discussed, and developed into a proposal. Audits Not Allowed
